Remote diagnosis via modem or internet is already a KASTO tradition. Most systems already have the technical prerequisites or they can be retrofitted. Remote diagnosis allows a fast and targeted error search. Our technicians can give your employees accurate instructions on how to solve the problem. 80 % of all errors can already be solved on the phone.

Should a technician still be needed, the system can be put back into operation much faster since the technician has already received the right information and spare parts during the previous diagnosis.
