A high degree of automation increases productivity and decreases errors in production. KASTO offers different solutions to integrate processing machines (for example KASTO saws, saws of other suppliers, sheet metal processing machines) with KASTO storage technology - mechanical, electrical and software-wise.

From a mechanical viewpoint, different station solutions to feed or restore raw material to/from processing machines are available. Some examples for metal processing are single cart, double cart for quick change with weighing scales and fanning magnets.

Locking and safety interfaces are defined for the electronic interface.

The software interface provides a control of the KASTO-storage system by the KASTO inventory control computer KASTOlvr or a different KASTO control, non-KASTO controls may be used after defining the interface.
